Trying "call me anytime"

I’ve stumbled into a new scheduling philosophy, “Call me anytime.”

I don’t know if this is smart, or strategic for me, but I like the concept of it.

Some meetings, you schedule in advance, and some you don’t.

If it’s a client, and there is money and structure involved, yes, let’s put it on the calendar. I stole someone’s technique of putting scheduled calls as late in the day as possible and building earlier, so I can protect my most productive hours of the day.

In the other cases, it’s “call me anytime. If I’m busy, I’ll call you back later.”

Hasn’t failed me yet.
