Now on to the letter.
Today, I attended the launch of The M Project, a non-profit started by Venice resident, breathwork and meditation instructor Emily Gray.
The branding was beautiful.
The intention was to create a mental health movement.
And the question was, “How?”
Emily stood in front of a crowd of people today and said, “I don’t know.”
And it was beautiful and brave.
She gathered people who cared about mental health and said, essentially,
“I know I care about this. I know there’s important work to be done. I don’t know what exactly it is or how I’m going to do it, but this is the first step—bringing people together.”
And that felt true, bold, and beautiful.
The takeaway:
If you want to make a difference, get people together.
You don’t need a plan, you need a purpose.
The rest will come.
Thanks for listening,

P.S. I’m 118 pages into the book writing process.
I found the beginning of the story about 50 pages in.
I guess the same applies to me.
Start moving, and then figure it out on the way.
