Tell 'Em Yourself
Everyone in our contacts is just one call or text away.
Even you, dear reader, are one email away, as am I to you.
There are times when, inevitably, someone you know is on course to meet someone you think fondly of, and so you say, “Tell them I say hi!” or something akin.
If we were living in a bygone era, I can imagine this meaningful courier of a greeting to be joyous. But we’re living today, where they’re just a byte away.
If you want to say hi, say hi.
If you want to say more, say more!
“X and I were talking about you and I wanted to say hi. Hope to see you soon.”
By sending someone else to say hello, are you depriving yourself of the joy of hearing a response?
P.S. Reach out to someone you’re on the edge of reaching out to today!
