Sunday's scary truthfulness

Sunday scaries, we call them now. Like naming it makes it smaller.

But I think we've got it backwards. Sunday isn't the problem. Sunday is when we stop running long enough to feel what's been chasing us all week.

The dread isn't about Monday. It's about realizing we spent another week not quite living the life we wanted.

Sunday shows us the gap between who we are and who we're becoming. That's not scary. That's information. That’s goals.

What if Sunday scaries are actually Sunday clarity?

All we need to do is listen a bit more.
