Pesticide Removal for Your Stress
What the heck, a connectivity hack!
The words in bold could rhyme now. Rap aloud for extra fun.
I recently learned about the dirty dozen:
A list of twelve most pesticide covered foods
that might give you an upset stomach
if you’re sensitive to chemicals lab discovered
Spinach, strawberries, kale, grapes, peaches, cherries,
nectarines, pears, apples, black and blue berries
and potato.
Why? Because the internet says so.
It turns out it’s pretty easy to remove the pollution.
Just soak the food in a water and 1% baking soda solution
for ten to twelve minutes.
How does this have to do with communicating, you ask,
what is this?
Because if you can identify someone that might be challenging to connect to,
if you can spend a few minutes shifting your mindset to curiosity
it will cleanse the conversation,
and greatly reduce the chances of stress.
Enjoy,
O
