On Asking For Help
The coin flip method will get you unstuck

Loneliness.
The inverse of belonging.
The void space between meaningful relationships.
The spiky phenomenon that repels happiness, like a slimy snail protected by a sturdy shell of lack.
The data from the World Health Organization implies loneliness occurs most often when any of the following criteria are met:
Social isolation without choice
Financially stressed
Lacking community around shared values
Unwillingly Single
Lacking purpose in life
All barriers. All surmountable.
I’ve been considering a new theory of approaching a challenging day.
Flip a coin.
If you call it right, ask someone for help in a way you wouldn’t normally.
If you call it wrong, ask someone if you can help them in a way you wouldn’t normally.
We already know that most people want to help others the moment they reach secure, whatever that means.
If you’re going to want to help others later, why not start now?
Just get out of bed,
O
P.S. I flipped heads.
Who needs help today?
