How to ask for more money and get it
This should be illegal
In June, let’s raise $1000 for community dinners for the Pacific Palisades people.

Well done, heroes. Let’s honor our leaders!

75 and above club
Jade, Jake, Gabo, Connor, Cousin Alex, Dev, vbooks, Ceddie
Power Players
Derrick, Neal, Cat, Adam, Cathy, Matt, Max
You made our sponsors proud.
Yesterday, I posted on Nextdoor:
I loved to host dinners, but I lost my home in the fire. (Fun!)
I love conversations at tables, but I lost my table, too.
Can I have dinner at your place?
(Attached, picture of my house on fire for shock value)
Several people wrote, “Come over!”
Stephanie said, “Come to my coffee meetup tomorrow!”
So I did.

The coffee was warm and the spirit of the Palisades shone bright.
What most don’t understand is that culture change begins within communities.
It’s foolish to expect culture to change on a federal level.
Although the government helps with debris removal and security, the cultural rebuilding of the Palisades can only come from engagement by her people.
I want to help by facilitating dinners.
And of course, we’ll elevate their communication skills along the way.
Thank you!
